Refund policy

Due to products being custom made to order no cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued once the order has been placed. Our processing time is 3-4 weeks and this does not include time in shipment as that is out of our control. If you do happen to have an issue with your order or receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of the item being delivered. Any issues reported out of this timeframe are subject to be rejected by us. All return requests are subject to be rejected per our judgement. We work hard to ensure safe delivery and a quick turnaround time!
